Wirtshaus Mättle – the Wiedmer family’s new project.
Rainer, Nicolai and Larissa Wiedmer have embarked on a new project together. The old Mättle is being brought back to life. The heart of Tumring’s town center begins to beat again – in the Wirtshaus Mättle.
It is now your turn to be a guest where our first Federal President, Theodor Heuss, was drawn for a glass or two of wine.
Where the actual tavern was until the middle of the 19th century, it is now flourishing again. Together with Sebastian Herkner, one of the most celebrateted designers of our time, a completely new and simple room concept has been created.
